Terms of Sale and Use
Effective October 31, 2026
The short version: the plan you make on this site is free. Resolute Pro is an optional subscription (or a one-time purchase) that unlocks the Resolute app's tracking features. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, you can cancel anytime, and if you're unhappy you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge.
Who we are
Resolute is made by Cossani Group LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use this website (the Resolute web planner) and when you buy Resolute Pro on it. Purchases made inside the iPhone app are processed by Apple and follow Apple's terms instead.
Your account
To save your plan you create an account with Google or an email address. Keep your access to that email safe: it's how you get into the app with the same plan and purchase. You must be at least 13 years old to use Resolute.
What you buy
Resolute Pro gives your account access to the paid features of the Resolute app: your habits, routine and calendar built from your plan, reminders, and daily, weekly and quarterly reviews. The plan itself stays free. Pro is tied to your Resolute account and works in the app when you sign in with that same account.
The plans available (for example annual, monthly or a one-time lifetime purchase), their price, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the checkout before you pay and in your receipt. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add fees for payments in a foreign currency.
Free trials
Some plans start with a free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you're charged the price shown at checkout. Free trials are for people who haven't had one before, one per person.
Automatic renewal
Annual and monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise in advance, and the card you used is charged until you cancel. A lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the link in your purchase receipt email, or by writing to resoluteplannerapp@gmail.com from the email on your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription bought on this site.
Refunds
If you're not happy, write to us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. A refunded purchase ends Pro on your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We never see or store your full card number. The charge may appear on your statement under Resolute or Cossani Group.
Using Resolute
Resolute is a planning and habit tool. It helps you organize goals; it doesn't guarantee results, and nothing in it is medical, financial, legal or professional advice. Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, copy or resell it, and no use for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Resolute, so features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date above, and tell paying subscribers by email before the change affects them.
Liability
Resolute is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
